Nice and cozy

It’s near the city center, it was super clean and comfortable, the host is extremely friendly!

We had just a small issue with the bathroom flooding but a quick call and the owner fixed everything!

A lovely stay in Vlora

A lovely little house - really more of a bungalow - in Vlora. It’s a bit of a walk from the city center, about half an hour on foot, but well worth it. The place is well equipped and charming, perfect for a family holiday by the sea. The hosts, though not fully fluent in English, were wonderfully kind and helpful, even letting us pick fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from their garden for breakfast. A truly delightful stay.

The only real drawback of this bungalow is that one of the bedrooms doesn’t have air conditioning - just a large fan, which helps, but on hot summer nights it can still be an issue. The second room does have AC, and although we had a small problem with it at first, the hosts reacted immediately and got it working in no time.

Danke für die Freundlichkeit und füttert bitte die liebe, freundliche Katze.

Die Unterkunft war sauber übergeben worden. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen und war mit einem Topf und einer Pfanne nebst sehr altem Besteck und einem 2-Flammenherd etwas rar ausgestattet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre eine besser ausgestattete Küche von Vorteil. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.

Das Bad hatte Dusche, BD, Waschmaschine, Waschbecken und Toilette. In der Dusche stand aufgrund fehlerhaften Bodenfliesens immer ein Rest an Duschwasser, was offensichtlich zur Folge hatte, dass sich Schimmel an der Duschwand zeigte, der nach ca. 3 Tagen deutlich sichtbar und großflächig aus der ursprünglich weißen Wand heraus trat. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter wurden von uns darauf angesprochen. Sie bedeuteten uns, immer zu lüften. Sprache war nur übers Handy per Übersetzer möglich, da die Vermieter AUSSCHLIESSLICH albanisch sprechen! Abhilfe wurde letztlich NICHT geschaffen. Nichts für Allergiker und Kinder, da Schimmel nicht von heute auf Morgen in der Größe und Konzentration auftritt.

Superlativo, casa, Host e vicinato. Esperienza da fare quanto prima.

Posizione strategica, vicino al centro, al mercato giornaliero, Bar, Ristoranti, Braceria, alimentari e parrucchiere. L'appartamento ha un ingresso privato e un giardino ampio dove poter parcheggiare la macchina, il tutto recintato e chiuso con un enorme cancello scorrevole. Il check-in lo abbiamo fatto direttamente con il signor Dukaj, persona gentilissima e squisita. Come da nostra richiesta, la consegna delle chiavi è stata anticipata alle ore 11.00. Veramente un ottimo Host. Un vero e sentito ringraziamento per aver reso la nostra vacanza ancora meglio di quanto preventivato.

La casa è super attrezzata, io aggiungerei alla doccia una tenda per evitare di bagnare tutto il bagno durante l'uso.

Ładny ogród, dobre parkowanie

Lokalizacja ok 30 minut pieszo od centrum, pierwsze wrażenie dzielnicy nie było pozytywne, ale okolica wokół domu bardzo przyjemna. Nie było słychać hałasu miasta, dobre parkowanie. Jasne wskazówki dojazdu przesłane na mejla.

Mieszkanie było zacienione, brakowało mi lampki przy łóżku.

Хороші господарі, хоть ми і прибули пізно в 23 год нас всеодно зустріли і поселили. Хороші апартаменти для перепочинку. Великі кімнати. Парковка в дворі на закритій території є плюсом

Все дуже сподобалось, при нагоді обов’язково повернемося

Відпочивали на початку червня 2025. Дякую величезне Яні та його дружині, за теплий прийом, чистий просторий номер. В якому є все необхідне, (а якщо Вам чогось не вистачає то можна завжди звернутися до хазяїв і Вони обов’язково вам допоможуть та нададуть все необхідне). Нам вистачило всього, чиста білизна, достатня кількість рушників як кухонних так і ванній кімнаті. Привітність Яні не залишить Вас байдужими. Ви завжди зможете нарвати зелень, та овочі з його огороду, котрий розташований поряд з номером.

Не виявили жодних мінусів Єдине якщо в Вас не має машини, то важче буде добратися до інших пляжів…
