Excellent location and space was great. Beds nice and big. Clean and tidy. Would definitely visit again. Outside space is nice to watch the world go by.

Only minor things - lights on upstairs if you turned downstairs light off and vice versa. We never managed to work out how to switch all the lights off. A lock on bathroom door would be good. WiFi not the best. All minor things though.

Cosy, clean & comfortable cottage, with good parking. Located close to 2 great pubs & a nice walk into Bakewell. Check-in was easy & good communication from hosts

One bathroom for 6 people was a struggle, if they could accommodate a downstairs toilet under the stairs that would be perfect, however not a deal breaker & would book again. Outside garden furniture could do with an upgrade & would suggest smaller dining furniture in the kitchen to allow more room to manoeuvre.

Kitchen floor was very dirty

The location was excellent for exploring the Peak District. The bedrooms and lounge were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels.

The kitchen is very small and the four chairs were too large for the table, making it impossible to seat three adults, a 4 year-old and a 19 months old in a high chair, at the same time. One of the bedrooms had a low window sill and our toddler climbed onto it and managed to open the window which was not locked. This could have been disastrous. There was a large damp section on the ceiling of one of the other bedrooms. Having only the one toilet in the bathroom was very inconvenient.
