El edificio es muy agradable, tiene zonas comunales muy lindas, la ubicación es buena aunque caminar por los alrededores no se ve tan seguro.
La limpieza, los ventanales estaban demasiado sucios, había mucho polvo, y los muebles no estaban en su mejor estado de limpieza.

Schoon, ruim en fijne plek. (Groene voorzieningen en supermarkt achterin)
Keiharde bed. Douche die beperkt warm water gaf. En ook heel veel berichten, op Booking, per app, per mail dat ik soms er niets meer van begreep. Alles in het lange lappen tekst Spaans. Kostte me veel tijd om alles te uitzoeken. Bij andere appartement hoefde ik pas te betalen op de locatie en paspoort tonen. Klaar. Geen gedoe. Dat geeft mij als buitenlandse reiziger rust. Graag kort en bondig houden.

Ubicación crentral. Excelente atención del personal del edificio. Anfitrión atento a través de whatsapp. Vista hacia el movistar arena. Pretendo Regresar.
