Lokacija je izvanredna, na samo par minuta od centra i jezera. Studio je mali, ali funkcionalan. U suterenu je, sa prostorom za sedenje ispred. Nije bilo bučno. Čisto je. Vlasnica je jako ljubazna.
Nedostaju neke sitnice, poput tečnog sapuna, kupke, ubrusa, malih peškira za ruke. Ali to su sitnice koje se mogu popraviti.
