Property located in between 2 excellent beaches in heart of the town. Walking distance to restaurants. The host was very helpful and help organised our stay, providing useful contacts. I would definitely come back and visit them again!

Mary and Carlo were very nice and hospitable hosts. They provided us with fresh towels when we asked them, and Carlo drove us from and to the airport with an extra charge. They checked in from time to time to see how we were doing and if we needed anything, which was very kind of them. The apartment is very close to two beaches, and has an AC, which was very useful even during mid-September. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were quite comfortable. There was a TV on the wall, and good WiFi during our stay.

Even though the pictures showed the apartment well, it's one of these places where you have to be there to see how it's like. There are two rooms - the smaller one is connected with the other room through a door, but there's a hole in the wall above the door. Even with the door closed, there's no privacy between the two rooms, and it seems the hole is necessary because the AC wouldn't reach the smaller room otherwise. The bathroom was very small and tight, and it was hard to fit in the shower comfortably but we made it work anyway. There was a smell of mildew from the furniture but I think with an old building and a town that is this close to the sea, it's hard to keep humidity away.

1 Comfy inside. Spacious. Nicely designed. 2. Close to everywhere important in Terassini... both beaches, restaurants. Etc. 3. Parking permit was included and it was not that hard to find a free blue parking spot near the apartment. I believe only one time in 6 days we couldnt find a free spot within 50m and had to walk 100m instead. So really not a problem. 4. dishwasher. This is usually not found in apartments for rent. 5. we arrived too soon. but it wasnt a problem.. they let us enter the apartment sooner on very short notice. 6. overall the apartment was well equipped. 7. windows isolated street sounds well

out of this only wifi really bothered me, cuz I had to do some work. 1. Streets may be very bussy and noisy. But windows isolate the noise good enough. No outside sitting might be a drawback for many. But you can probably arrange it easily using small table and chairs from inside. As a smoker, I was fine sitting on the stairs and sipping my coffee watching the street. 2. minor stuff like no beer bottle opener (I used thd stairs outside) and no proper kitchen knife found. 3. wifi was horrible (07/31-08/06). if you plan on doing some work... don't, because your cell phone data connection will be horribly slow... and this wifi will not really save you. I have managed to actually do some work very late at night...like 2-3am... but at that time..i was able to use my cell phone data connection at usable speeds anyway. 4. there is an apartment above with a solo entrance from the street. You can hear people using that door, because you are separated from the stairs with your own (locked) door to the stairs rather than a wall. Not a big deal. out of this only wifi really bothered me, cuz I had to do some work
