Jedyny minus to tramwaj za oknem. Poza tym same superlatywy. Apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko do dworca głównego pkp oraz atrakcji turystycznych. Na parterze piekarnia oraz żabka (bezakoholowa, takze wieczorami spokojnie). Szczerze polecam

Pani właścicielka przemiła i pomocna. Świetnie wyposażony, czysty, jasny ,przytulny i dobrze zlokalizowany apartament z dużym balkonem. Super miejsce, polecam !

Czystość i zapach nowości. Miły właściciel.
Piony w mieszkaniu przenoszą dźwięki z innych mieszkań. Niestety tramwaje bardzo głośne i co chwile- to jednak nie wina właściciela. Troszke mały prysznic, drzwi ledwo co się nie opierają o muszle klozetową.
