Modern and clean apartment. Good communication for access to the secure area and apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Good internet connection.

Close and convenient to my work. Very warm and heating on all the time in the winter months. Very secure with code entry on the doors.
The Wifi is extremely poor. Having to authenticate to the captive portal every 5 minutes, especially on an iPhone. The maximum download speed is 10Mbps, very slow in comparison to many other places. Suggestion to owner - Either upgrade/improve or change your Internet service provider or charge 20% less for the apartment.
