Świetna lokalizacja, czystość w łazience i pokoju wygodne łóżka a przede wszystkim bezpłatny, zamykany bramą na pilota parking pod samym domem. Znakomity stosunek jakości do ceny.
Poza mało atrakcyjnym widokiem z okna nie było niczego innego co mogło by się nie podobać ale trudno też wymagać aby mieszkanie w starej zabytkowej kamienicy w śródmieściu owocowało w rewelacyjne widoki. Na zadowolenie z pobytu to nie wpłynęło.

Pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie pod kazdym wzgledem. Obiekt miesci sie w scislym centrum Bydgoszczy, kilkaset metrow spacerem od Starego Miasta i Opery Nova. Pokoj jest bardzo czysty, dobrze wyposazony, bezpieczny i cichy. Olbrzymim plusem jest bezpieczny, zamykany parking dla samochodu w cenie noclegu. Gospodyni bardzo mila i pomocna. Chetnie tam wroce i polecam innym.

Drzwi od pokoju były otwarte, w środku zachlapana i śmierdząca od moczu deska sedesowa, okno się do domykało. Ogólnie brudno
