Central Charm Dwelling

La ubicación un 10, esta en un barrio super tranquilo, tiene de todo cerca, a un paso del metro, y que tenga dos habitaciones con dos baños es un punto muy a favor, cocina super equipada. Desde luego es difícil encontrar algo mejor más económico. La dueña nos dio facilidades el día que nos íbamos para dejar un rato las maletas en la cada…muy amable. Repetiría sin duda.

In de kasten lagen nog producten (vermoedelijk van vorige gasten) die reeds vervallen waren. De ramen openen en sluiten heel erg stroef of slecht. Het kleinere bed was niet zo comfortabel om in te slapen. In deze kamer was zonnewering aanwezig maar deze hield licht tijdens de nacht onvoldoende tegen waardoor het niet echt donker wordt.

The area is generally pleasant and safe. The apartment is big enough for a family of four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The keys need to be collected from a nearby shop open 24/7.

The apartment has very poor balcony doors and no windows. The balcony doors are warped, so they cannot be closed tightly enough to seal. As a result, the noise inside the apartment is just as loud as the noise on the street—it’s very noisy. Some of the balcony doors cannot be closed or locked at all. The listing is also misleading regarding the balconies and the terrace. They are merely French balconies, so it’s not possible to sit outside on the balcony. The terrace isn’t a true private terrace, but rather a balcony that serves as the entrance to the apartment and is accessible to other residents. The mattresses are extremely worn out; you’ll be sleeping on a springy surface.

Sehr schönes Appartement. 2 Schlafzimmer und das 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein echtes Bett. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, sehr klasse! Volle Ausstattung in der Küche, es fehlte an nichts, auch nicht an Handtüchern usw.

Die Straße ist zwar eine Nebenstraße, aber anscheinend hallt es zwischen den Häusern. Es gibt keine Bars oder Ähnliches, dennoch sind immer wieder, auch Nachts, Leute hier unterwegs. Wenn sie sich unterhalten, hört man jedes Wort. Nachts, auch weit nach Mitternacht, werden sehr laut Transporter ein- und ausgeladen oder fahren Autos mit quietschenden Reifen. Wirklich extrem nervtötend und schlafraubend.
