About this villa rental
The structure is newly built, divided into 2 levels, with 2 apartments on the ground floor and 2 attic apartments on the first floor. Located a few meters from the sea (facing the sea), apartment of 50 square meters. It consists of 4 beds + 2; Double room, bedroom with 2 beds, sofa bed in the kitchen, bathroom and private veranda with table and benches.
Marina di Acate, once called Macconi, takes its name from the characteristic sandy dunes, typical of the coast that goes from Scoglitti to the mouth of the Dirillo river. The mounds of white sand, which were once of considerable height and much larger than today, the "Macconi" in fact, give an "African" aspect to the approximately 5 km of coastline, among the largest of the Iblea Riviera .
Located just 13 kilometers from the town, it represents the summer residence of many inhabitants of Acate. Perfect for environmental itineraries of rare beauty, it allows you to quickly reach places such as Punta Braccetto, Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Caltagirone (a town famous for its ceramics), Donna Fugata, Santa Croce Camarina (renowned for its archaeological finds) and many others.
The apartment has its own private veranda. Outside the structure there is a common veranda with lounge, outdoor shower and foot washer.
Comiso airport at 27km with the possibility of accompanying guests from the airport to Villa Barletta. The linen, sheets and towels are included in the price. 1 change of sheets weekly and 2 changes of towels weekly, plus additional changes there will be a supplement. Pets are welcome if well educated.

We highly recommend Villa Barletta to anyone who wants to visit the southern coast of Sicily. The apartment and common grounds are very clean and well maintained. If there is anything you need, the owner Salvatore Barletta is there for you.
We stayed at Villa Barletta 8/27/19-9/5/19. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa. Salvatore Barletta treated us like family and made us feel at home upon arrival. We had apartment #2, which is a first floor, 2-bedroom apartment. We were very happy with the kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, table service for 8, 4 burner stove and oven. The unit also included a new washing machine and rack to dry clothes, which is very convenient. The bathroom was very clean. Both bedrooms (1-queen bed and the other with 2 single beds) were spacious and included an armoire with drawers. Our apartment also included a large table and benches outside the unit which is perfect for eating all your meals. The property had a common area that included multiple tables, chairs and lounge chairs set-up for you to relax and enjoy the sun.
The beach in Marina Di Acate is a short 2-minute walk from Villa Barletta. Also nearby is Chuppa Chuppa Lido, which has a bar, pizzeria and grocery store. We look forward to returning to Villa Barletta.
