I stayed in this condo for two nights at a rate of $1,000, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations for the price. While the oceanfront view was truly beautiful and the beach right outside the window was a highlight, the condition of the apartment left a lot to be desired.
The unit was noticeably worn out and not well maintained. The bathroom had visible mold on the ceiling, the floors were dirty, and the towels had an unpleasant odor. There were no complimentary water bottles or coffee pods provided, which is disappointing given the cost.
What surprised me most was being asked to start the dishwasher and laundry before leaving and to take out my own trash—again, not something I’d expect from a high-priced rental.
Overall, the location was great, but the cleanliness and general upkeep of the condo need serious improvement. I wouldn’t stay here again unless updates and better service are provided
