Excellent location to explore Naples and to reach the main station, with the metro linking to the main station also just a short walk. Minutes from a Superò supermarket, lots of souvenir shopping and restaurants nearby, even a gelato store. Very clean and very spacious, was great for us as a family of 5. Floors were spotless, bathroom was very clean, linen was fresh. Big beds, (2x king and 1 x double), also a sofa bed in one of the king size rooms. Lots of wardrobes and chests of drawers for clothes and a good shower. Roberto was a fantastic host, he met us at the property, immediately told our teenage children about the WiFi 😄, let us look around, explained about keys and he even helped carry luggage which was hugely appreciated. Hair dryer in the drawer under the bathroom sink which was a great help. It was also very quiet, considering the apartment is in a block, we heard no noise from the roads and only the odd door closing and a child playing one afternoon, that was it. When I texted Roberto to ask a question he immediately responded and said to just text him anytime as he was happy to help with any questions or offer advice which was really nice. (Bins by the way are located down the street at the bottom of the first set of steps, big industrial type wheelie bins, again this is normal for Naples, just we did have to ask where they were). All in all it was a fantastic base for our stay as a family of 5!

A few comments to feedback but not intended as criticism as they didn’t ruin our stay whatsoever; the sheets in the rear bedroom were bobbled at the bottom so a bit uncomfortable on feet. Only 1 pillow per person and they were a bit tired, woke with a stiff neck each morning. We came back to chill for a bit late afternoon/early evening before going out for food and would have loved a social space, a sofa to sit and have a hot drink but there is only the dining table or the beds, although it did say there was a sofa, we just got into bed instead so no big deal really. It did say however there was a coffee machine and there wasn’t. There was a kettle but there were only espresso cups, no mugs. Also, no products to wash up with, there is a supermarket a short walk away but would have been nice if those were already there. As I say, these were not huge deals but just feeding back a few things that might not have been considered.

The host was very helpful and accomoddating. He was flexible with our timings and very kind.

The connected bedrooms should have a door

Central location, 3 bedrooms with proper beds no folding or sofa beds. This was a must! Access with lift. Quiet and friendly neighbours. Clean and well furnished kitchen. Small appliances like hairdryer, moka coffee machine available and in good condition. Air conditioning. Host very attentive and friendly too.

The shower grouting needs some improvement in cleaning. The apartment is located on a very steep slope so accessing the apartment from the square down there required a bit of workout. Not easy for older people. Anyway, next days we got taxi to return to the apartment with the host recommendation, it was great.
