Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohneinheit (ohne Ofen) mit sensationeller Aussicht, alles neu und sehr sauber. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war es angenehm ruhig, allerdings waren wir auch fast die einzigen in der recht großen Wohnanlage. Zur Hochsaison könnte es ziemlich laut werden.
Unser Buchungsgrund für die Anlage war der Pool, der laut Buchungsseite "während ihres Aufenthaltes geöffnet ist".
Vor Ort teilte man uns mit, dass der Pool am 1.Juni eröffnet wird, bei der italienischen Buchung stand es auch so. Ich schieb den Fehler auf Booking.com.

Panorama stupendo. Alloggio comodo. Silenzioso. Ho trascorso 4 notti meravigliose a Nebida presso La Finestra sul Mare - Tanca Piras e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccezionale.
L’appartamento è accogliente, curato e completo di tutto il necessario, ma ciò che conquista davvero è la vista mozzafiato sul mare: svegliarsi ogni mattina con quel panorama è stato impagabile.
La posizione è perfetta per esplorare la zona, fare trekking lungo la costa e godersi tramonti indimenticabili.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Elena, la nostra host, sempre disponibile, gentile e attenta: ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa e ci ha fornito ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare.
Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chi cerca tranquillità, bellezza e autenticità.
Tornerei senza alcun dubbio!

Super appartement avec une vue magnifique. Très propre. Au calme. Pas 1 bruit dans la résidence Tous les équipements sont neufs. Cuisine bien équipé. Les chambres sont en bas avec la climatisation dans chaque chambre. La piscine est très bien. Ouvert de 09h00 à 20h00 non stop en semaine. Le week end il y a 2 heures de fermeture dans la journée (la piscine est surveillé par 1 maître nageur). Appartement à recommander. L emplacement est très bien pour pouvoir visiter l est de l île, mais il ne faut pas avoir peur de conduire sur des routes de montagnes.
Rien tout était parfait.

Équipements de cuisine bas de gamme
Salle de bain très petite et pas pratique, aucune patère par exemple....
Animaux domestiques non admis, mais un chien a aboyé toute la semaine.
Accès piscine durant les heures de repas....sinon fermée.
