Blue Harmony Apartment

Transparenta, totul fix ca in poze.Modern, curat, foarte confortabil.

The apartment looked exactly as shown in the photos. It was very clean, well maintained, bright, and had a lovely balcony. I also appreciated the small welcoming touches, such as the coffee provided in the kitchen and the sweets left on the living room table. These details made me feel genuinely welcome and added to the overall comfort of my stay.

The only issue I encountered was identifying the correct parking space. There was no number or sign on the parking spot, which made it difficult to know which space belonged to the apartment. Clearer marking would make the arrival process much easier for guests.

Apartamentul este micut dar cochet, are tot ce e nevoie, curat, produse de igienă la baie, terasa foarte frumoasă. Locatia este buna pentru ce am avut nevoie.

Mici probleme cu parcarea dar le mulțumesc proprietarilor pentru rabdare si intelegere.

Apartment was nicely decorated and it was thoughtful that that tea/coffee and salt/pepper and oil was provided for cooking. Bed was really comfortable.

No kettle to boil water. Only mirror was in the bathroom, need a full length mirror. Very hard to shower without spilling water as there was no curtain and spent alot of time trying to dry the floor. One of the biggest issue we had was trying to locate the property, the taxi driver struggled and even when we ordered food, the delivery person couldn't find the apartment. Need to show pictures from the road view because it's very unclear. You need to instruct people to go around the building and it would be helpful if you put a sign at the enterance door that this is the building for Blue Harmony. Also if I am not mistaken it doesn't state in your advert that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor and that there is no lift, which is struggle when you have alot of luggage! Also in your email with information about the apartment you attached a document which was in Romanian which I couldn't understand.
