Dana Residence

Nowoczesne mieszkanie z garażem podziemnym

Twardy materac ale każdy lubi co innego

The accommodation itself would have been generally fine and would have served its purpose, as it was decent and spacious enough.

We booked this place for a single night to sleep after a wedding, traveling with a child. We arrived late at night, completely exhausted, only to find disgusting stains of human bodily fluids on the bed sheets, making it impossible to sleep in them. Because it was so late, looking for another accommodation wasn't an option. The host told us where to find clean linens, so we had to strip the soiled bedding and change it ourselves in the middle of the night just to be able to lie down. That same evening, the host messaged us to apologize and promised a full refund for the night. To this day, that refund has never happened.
