I lived in Mexico City for a while, so I have friends there and it was a little bit of a bother that I would’ve had to go through a process to bring somebody up to my room. But I do understand it from a security perspective.

Location was greats a lot of restaurants and coffee shops around , and it was quiet and the place always smelled great

Do not go here if you want to sleep. All rooms face onto the entrance which has an opening all the way to the ceiling less roof. Cheap glass is what separates you from hearing everything and I mean everything. Drunk guests, loud road, and music so loud, when I complaint to the other guest to turn the music down they couldn’t care less - this was at 12pm. We had 4 nights there I think, and after the first night I’ve asked for a refund and we would have found another hotel, The staff was lovely and offered to moved us to another room, which they did. But the problem persisted.

The staff are friendly

The room was loud from both the noises in the rest of the building from the door and exceptionally loud through the connecting door to another unit. I’m not a light sleeper and earplugs were not enough. The gym facilities are cramped and only really good for 1-2 persons at a time. I received several phone calls at 11pm from the insanely loud emergency style phone in the room. No fridge. Cavelike due to interior windows.

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything and the units did not have an AC unit.

The bed for the non-studio luxury apartment was quite spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was nice, had shelves and the kitchen came fully equipped to chef it up. The gym at the property is symbolic but nice nevertheless, extra bathrooms downstairs and filtered water at the reception were also nice touches. The guard/ receptionists were gentlemen and incredibly attentive to any need of ours which was incredible. They truly deserve a raise. The location was very nice, close to a big park and some more upscale areas of Mexico City but not too close to shops that will give you authentic Mexican dishes as Roma, Condesa and Polanco are incredibly gentrified.

The structure of the building is metallic and hollow sounding. Although every apartment is very well equipped, the fundamental structure and sound proofing of the property is atrocious. Everything from the courtyard, from other customer check ins, check outs, children, or videos being played by workers or clients alike could be heard as if we were in the courtyard. This is probably because things echo but it felt like the doors there did not serve any purpose except to be closed. Thankfully we stayed during a semi off peak season but I’m sure the sound alone would have quickly made the pros of this place not worth it. I spent under 600USD for about a week here and would definitely recommend this place during off peak seasons!

Extremely hot!

The building, and rooms are beautiful with new furnishings and the location is perfect.

The room was unbearably hot. I do not recommend staying here during the summer months. The room had no windows or anyway to cool the room down. I did not sleep for the entire stay and was concerned it was so hot it was unsafe.

No hay privacidad, todo se escucha

El lugar está impecable, limpio y en buen estado. La atención del personal que está ahí es excepcional. Tiene muy buena ubicación. El lugar está manejado profesionalmente sin duda alguna. Tiene estacionamiento.

La habitación no tiene ventilación natural y no hay privacidad, ya que todo se escucha, no tiene nada de aislamiento de ruido. Las primeras dos noches me tocó alguien a un lado, de mi habitación y podía escuchar sus conversaciones, la televisión, cuando hacían del baño, como si estuvieran en mi habitación. Es una lástima que el lugar sea tan bueno, pero ese detalle lo hace inapropiado para una estancia. Yo inclusive a la segunda noche estuve a punto de irme a otro lugar y perder mi dinero, porque el ruido en la noche de los vecinos era insoportable. Los dueños de la propiedad deberían invertir dinero en poner un aislante de ruido en las paredes y ventanas, es increíble que quien construyo ese edificio lo hizo tan mal que lo arruino y lo hace con ese detalle inhabitable. Las dos noches siguientes no tuve a nadie a un lado y el ruido no fue un problema, pero si eres alguien que le gusta la privacidad y el descanso este no es el lugar apropiado. Evito poner calificaciones malas a los lugares, porque yo tengo una propiedad que también rento en las aplicaciones y se que una mala revisión afecta mucho las reservas, pero en verdad este lugar tiene un problema que se debe arreglar sobre la falta de aislamiento del ruido.

La atención de la chica de recepción es excepcional

Todo está maravilloso. La verdad me sorprendió mucho la comodidad de la cama. Las almohadas y los pequeños detalles que hacen a diferencia sólo les recomiendo checar la regadera que como que estaba un poquito despegada y la cafetera de no estaba funcionando pero de ahí en fuera todo estaba perfecto.

La ubicación es muy centrica. El Hotel como tal también muy bien. Se vé limpio y nuevo.

Estuve 1 semana. Ni una vez pasarón a limpiarme la habitación ni se me propuso. Luego problemas de mucho ruido en los pasillos. Incluso en plena noche, radio puesta en recepión que por la configuración del edicio (patio interior) hacía que se escuchara muchisimo. El sitio me gustó pero creo que no repitiría por el ruido. Cuando una persona llega de fuera con un Jet Lag de varias horas, necesita dormir bien. Muchas noches no pudo ser así. Insisto que el ruido no era de la calle sino de las propias instalaciones.

Limpieza de la habitación y trato de la primera recepcionista. El edificio muy bonito

Hicimos una extensión de fechas y fue caótico y complicado, en lugar de facilitarnos la continuación del hospedaje literalmente nos sacaron a las 12 para pedirnos que regresáramos hasta las 3 pm y aún realizado el pago y la autorización de de CAPITALIA la recepcionista NO tuvo el criterio suficiente para dejarnos pasar a la habitación. Eso arruinó la excelente experiencia.

Semana de trabajo y diversión en Ciudad de México

El lugar es hermoso, limpio y sus empleados a excepción del administrador, son muy amables. Está muy bien ubicado. Es una zona linda y segura. En la oferta de valor ofrecen un café delicioso, todo el tiempo. La conexión a internet es muy buena.

Es terrible que hagan el aseo cada 7 días, si tu pagas un hotel para que esté todo bien y limpio, de lo contrario optaría por un Airbnb que incluso es más barato. También sugeri que tuvieran jabón para la zona de lavandería, puede ser de cobro.

Estaba muy bien ubicado y tenía instalaciones comunes muy limpias, nuevas y útiles.

El ruido. Era imposible dormir ya que se escuchaba todo de afuera y las otras habitaciones. El studio se veía mucho más grande en fotos, en realidad es una pieza sin espacio para 2 personas. La ducha se salía el agua para afuera.

Gran ubicación, buen costo-beneficio

El cuarto está muy cómodo y limpio. La ubicación está perfecta para pasear y salir a comer porque está todo cerca. La atención del personal fue excelente.

El ruido de cualquier parte del condominio se logra escuchar, cualquier plática de otro cuarto o hasta el ruido de las tazas de café de la planta baja. Desafortunadamente nos tocó un evento deportivo organizado en el lugar y desde las 6am había un ruido impresionante de la multitud. Sería importante que en caso de haber algo de este tipo, se le notifique a los inquilinos a su llegada para que sepan lo que ocurrirá durante su estancia.

Destruyendo la comunidad de La Condesa

Lo que ofrecen es cierto. Hicimos uso del sauna y del jacuzzi los cuales están increíbles. Cuando llegamos nos recibió una persona incompetente y grosera, pero nos comunicamos al whatsapp y nos resolvieron inmediatamente. Esta persona al parecer estaba ahí cubriendo un descanso o algo, por que fue cambiado de ahí. El resto del personal es excelente y manejaron tan bien la situación que esto no lo digo como queja, sino como una felicitación para Felipe y su equipo.

Había cientos de personas inconformes con la presencia de departamentos turísticos ese día justo en las calles aledañas al alojamiento. Mi esposa es extranjera, por lo que sintió curiosidad y acudimos a la manifestación y había personas trabajadoras que contaban cómo era común hacer tres horas de trayecto para venir a trabajar a la Condesa por sueldos bajos que no les permiten vivir un poco más cerca ni cuentan con transporte público eficiente. Esto nos hizo replantearnos cómo hospedarnos de forma que no desplacemos a los habitantes de la Ciudad de México.
