Apartment was really nice. Staff at breakfast were friendly and security staff tried to be helpful despite the language barrier (my Spanish isn’t great).
There wasn’t any main reception/hotel staff on site. They communicated via WhatsApp, not in person. Found this all a bit unhelpful. Also, when it rains, part of the ground floor area gets very wet.

La zona en donde está ubicado y que la habitación está bien distribuida.
Oía todo: La plática de los huéspedes de un lado (4a), el código de acceso que te llega está incompleto (le falta el #), que los blancos de la cama no están súper limpios.

La ubicación y el personal súper amable.
No pudimos usar el parking, para nosotros era imprescindible ya que viajamos con un bebé y todo lo que implica. Al recibir la habitación lo dejamos gatear en la habitación y en menos de un minuto tenía las piernas y manitas súper sucias, por lo que nos dimos cuenta que la habitación tenía poca limpieza. Llamamos al personal y en seguida fueron a limpiar.
