Villa Sapparot by SP Villa Management

The property was a nice size for our group and it had sun loungers and nice sized pool

We could only describe the place as cleaned in a rush for the next guests , towels that weren’t used were folded for the next guests , beds were just changed and weren’t checked for stains. The bbq was not in working condition and was shoved in the outhouse with no mention of this, only 1 out of 3 showers had hot water and non of them had a good pressure. Lastly the locks on the doors were temperamental and the front electronic gate was broken and we had to manually open . Furthermore we were told that we had to pay 8 baht per kilo what of electricity , this was very confusing as there were solar panels attached to the house that had full sun generating all day , We were left really unhappy with this stay and the manager still wanted half of the money for the electricity and blamed us for not mentioning this sooner although these were issues that wouldn’t be able to be fixed immediately and we were told we should have found somewhere else to stay after check in even though it was non refundable
