La struttura si trova a pochi minuti di cammino dal centro storico della città di Arbe-Rab e da attività commerciali quali supermercato, fruttivendolo e panificio. I proprietari abitano nello stesso edificio quindi le pratiche di check-in e check-out sono molto veloci. Ho occupato la stanza singola, abbastanza grande e completata, oltre che dal letto, da un armadio, un piccolo tavolino e una sedia. Il bagno è piccolo ma per una persona singola è più che sufficiente. Una portafinestra conduce a una grandissima terrazza a uso esclusivo della stanza. Non è presente l'aria condizionata, in compenso in camera si trova un ventilatore. Un grande frigorifero si trova all'ingresso della struttura a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti. Un grande vantaggio è il parcheggio esterno, ombreggiato da una bella pergola. La signora è molto cordiale e sempre a disposizione dei suoi ospiti. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.
