Nagyon közel volt a bevásárló központ és közel volt az óváros is. Közös nagy nappali három hálószobával, amelyekhez mindegyikhez tartozott fürdőszoba, nagyon kényelmes ágyakkal. Nagyon, kedves közvetlen volt a házigazdánk.
Kicsit közel van a főút, a felé néző szobákba behallatszik az út forgalmának zaja. A nyilászárók hangsgeteltek, de nyárin meleg van és nyitva kellett hagynom őket.

L'appartamento è dignitoso e spazioso; ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La cucina è funzionale. C'è il comodo parcheggio per l'automobile.
I mobili sono un po' datati, ma funzionali ad una casa vacanza.
