I will never book with them again and I’m suing them at this money for what happened to me.

I did not like the entire encounter on behalf of me leaving the property. I was put out of the property even thought there was a policy in place for me if I needed to stay extra time on the departure date.

Cool Place

Location and the Loft was very nice and it was nice a toasty upon entrance.

The parking lot was outdated and the smell of sewage in the hallway.

Pictures are deceiving...

Cool vibe. 420 friendly. Unit smelled clean.

Does not look like these pictures. Rest of the hallway outside the unit stinks. That couch now has a blanket over it and is in pretty rough shape cosmeticly. Unit could definitely use some TLC. There was water leaking outside the door to the unit that smelled like sewage. Neighbors above the unit were extremely loud morning until well after 1am. Instructions were lacking and unclear as to how to get to the unit it once u enter the building and parking directions were also lacking. We ended up just parking on the street.

Fun escape with my friend and we will absolutely be back!

From the outside looking in I was just slightly skeptical, it’s a stand alone building in what feels like a more industrial part of the area near the water. It does look quite old and worn down from the outside. There is a gated parking lot, so you have to pull off, Get the keys and remote from the lock box, then pull in to park. It felt very safe with the locked parking and two different key entries (main front door to all lofts then specific key to the apartment). Once you get in though temperature was good and it was clean in common area. The loft itself though exceeded our expectations. The vibes were soooooo good. Super fun artwork, lots of color and pattern, high exposed ceilings, brick, it just had so much personality!!!! And it’s soooo spacious! We truly enjoyed our stay and want to come back just for fun!!!

The only thing I will note is the apartment/loft is all the way at the end of the building, opposite where you enter. And you have to go through the door that looks like it could be a fire exit to get to the rest of the hallway and then you’ll see the right apartment number. For just a few second we thought the apartment didn’t exist then reread and realized you have to push through that back door!!

Perfect For a Quick Stop in Detroit!!

It was very well decorated. I liked the concrete floor and how cozy the room felt. The room was spacious and give the feel of a loft or Ny apartment lol The location was only 20-25 mins from the airport and 10 mins from the event I attended. Perfect location and the ppl in the building were very friendly!

NOT the Host fault In any way: but I did notice that walls were thin meaning I could clearly hear the ppl upstairs and their whole conversations, steps and tv (they may have just had it really loud lol), just be mindful of this. Otherwise no complaints concerning host or their accommodation!

The decor was awesome. Location is ideal and very secure. Very clean and hosts thought of everything including games and chargers. Also host is very kind and accommodating,super fast responses. I will definitely be coming back!

leaving the horrible place

The place looks very bad, the keys are stored on a fence like in a poor community, the main entrance door to the building did not open, and when it did, it was impossible to take the key out from the lock- which means an open building in Detroit. The hall to the specific apartment looks horrible, the apartment is big, however everything there looks very poor, no curtain on the windows, so people walking in the street see everything in the room. The service lady is not available, and when she is there is no real help except telling me that I stuck the key in the door. The rating of this junky place on your site is 8.9, which is complete nonsense. i am a long-time user of Booking.com. i trusted your ranking - the feeling was and is that I was deceived. If I do not get the money back (which was high for such a place) it will be the last time I book anything via booking.

We were afraid the entire night. We only stayed one night despite booking two nights and left as early as possible.

It was very clean and the interior was nicely designed.

- The location is in a bad neighborhood, I first thought Apple Maps sent me to the wrong address. - The parking lot is gated, but we are certain that some homeless people live there - The parking lot is home to a hearse, a school bus covered with blankets, multiple BBQs, cars with lots of trash and no wheels - all indications for homeless people sleeping in that lot - Inside the room there is a ceiling door to a chamber above the kitchen which was not secured. We are not sure if somebody lives up there, we put glass ware on the bottom to hear if somebody gets out during the night - There was no chain lock on the inside, so both locks can be unlocked from the outside, we put chairs with bowls in front of the door to hear if somebody tries to enter during the night - The apartment is on the ground level facing a lonely ATM and the street with homeless people who could look inside the room, we tried to close the shades but you can still look inside, we also saw five trucks surrounding this ATM during the night - scary - The bed is beyond horrible… You cannot sleep in there.. every time you or your partner moves the entire room is awake. We will never come back again and I do not recommend anyone booking this unit.

Was hopeful when I booked the room but was disappointed.

Location was very good for the event I was attending, the Tour de Troit that started at Riverside Park. The private free parking was a plus.

The temperature control in the room was horrible. One half of the room was okay when I turned the AC to 62. The other half was uncomfortably warm. The room AC needs to be upgraded to support the size of the room. The bed was terrible. It was soft, sunken in, and constantly made noise whenever I moved. Ended up trying to sleep on the corner piece that was like a couch, not the rust colored one.
