Beachfront on the Esplanade

The quality and size of this property is absolutely outstanding in almost every respect. The location is perfect

With West-Facing bedrooms, they become uncomfortably warm in the afternoons and evenings. The air conditioner works well for the living area, however it does not have any effect on the bedrooms. During our stay it was only 23 degrees so we were able to make ourselves somewhat comfortable by opening the windows and using the fans; however the 3rd bedroom has no fan (bunks). In the height of summer, the bedrooms would become unbearably hot. For this reason we would hesitate in booking this property during the warmer months.

Great with two families and children. Excellent location.

Would love stay again but we couldn’t do it unless sharing, it’s expensive, but location facilities brilliant. was worth it for us with both families.

The balcony sliding door in the master bedroom didn’t lock but someone would be doing well to climb the building and get in

Location was brilliant, the house was spotless and very nice. Beds could be a little bit more comfortable and perhaps the lighting in the entry to the unit could be a little more well lit as it was hard to see at night.

Beds and keys. The keys were hard to turn and take out to the main entry.
