La vista FENOMENALE sull'Oceano e sul Teide, la struttura accogliente, la luminosità e la silenziosità dell'appartamento. (Nonostante il cantiere sotto casa non si sentiva nulla)
C'era tutto quello di cui si potesse aver bisogno.
L'unica cosa forse era che l'appartamento risulta un pochino freddo, ma ci sono coperte belle calde.
Consiglio di tenere le porte, che separano il soggiorno dalla terrazza coperta, aperte nel pomeriggio così vi troverete un bel caldino.

de ruimte in het apartement en het uitzicht
zeer eenvoudig ingericht, voldoende maar niet heel goed, bijv geen kapstok, geen schaaltjes voor yoghurt-ontbijt, grote algemene lamp aan het plafond maar geen leesverlichting op de bank, tafel met plastic stoeltjes en een slaapbank maar geen andere zitstoel, eenvoudig (hard) matras/slaapbank: plank met schuimrubberlaag. Het lopen vanaf openbaar parkeren omhoog naar apartement met bagage is lastig als je minder goed ter been bent. Boiler heeft kleine capaciteit, weinig waterdruk. Alle info/instructie (locatie, sleutels) ging per mail/filmpje op youtube, moet je wel een goede telefoon hebben om eea te kunnen volgen (dus geen host gezien)

Very clean, new, bright apartment with fantastic views. Modern interior, brand new kitchen and bathroom. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood away from touristic areas. We loved El Sauzal, because you live among locals in a really nice quiet town. The apartment is within walking distance of the town. El Sauzal is also a great location to explore the whole island. Nice gadgets like big rain shower, new kitchen sink, Netflix, washing machine, comfy sofa and bed.
Not the host's fault, but just for info for autumn 2025: There is currently a construction site directly outside the window, which can be a bit loud in the morning on weekdays. The bedroom window is located to the other side though so it's not too bad.
No access to beach in El Sauzal, but the next beach is only 15 minutes away by car.

Casa muy amplia y literalmente lo que se muestra en el anuncio. Detalles en la estancia que se agradecen, casa muy limpia y acogedora.
No tiene aire acondicionado, mosquiteras durante las distintas zonas del apartamento y no únicamente en la habitación de dormitorio.
