Situated in a quiet villa colony in El Sauzal, you are only 15 minutes and 30 minutes away from the two towns with the most offers on Tenerife, Puerto de La Cruz and Santa Cruz.

On the large, covered terrace with sea views almost all round the house, it almost feels as if the sea is right on your doorstep. And indeed, the nearest sea access is only 5 minutes from the villa and the famous black sand beaches of Puerto de La Cruz 15 minutes away. However, the garden itself offers an enormous amount of relaxation opportunities within walking distance. With a size of almost 3 tennis courts, many different plants and palm trees providing natural shade around the pool, nothing stands in the way of your fun and relaxation with family and friends in your private domicile.

In the evenings, El Sauzal and the surrounding area offer many great restaurants for fine dining with magical views of the sea and countryside. You will want for nothing in the villa itself. A modern kitchen and a complete outdoor BBQ area offer plenty of scope for evening entertainment. With all the food preparation, don't forget to enjoy the daily sunset over the Atlantic Ocean with a cool beer or a glass of wine. Whether you choose to accompany the mood with a serenade on the white grand piano in the living room is up to you.

Villa Carioca is known for its outdoor area. This includes the 1,900 m2 garden, planted with many palm trees and endemic plants. The large pool is perfect for cooling off. This is heated by 4 solar panels. Sun loungers are available for relaxing. You can spend the evenings in our chill-out corner, the barbecue area (gas) is available to guests.
