Location is great! Close to the beach, close to shopping strip that has Pavilion supermarket (petit Safeway of Southern California), great restaurants within walking distance, has covered secure garage for one car, clean and comfortable, renovated kitchen and bathroom, air conditioner, having a patio with chairs and barbecue capability.
Staying in this property is like renting an apartment! I was asked to sign a contract with lots of limitations, I had to send a photo of myself and myID which I did but I had to call and follow up and send it second time and still didn’t receive check in instructions until I called and realized that they had not processed my file. If I hadn’t called I probably couldn’t stay there!
One air conditioner was not working.
Check out time is 10 which is earlier than any other hotel or Air b&b.
