Très bon emplacement, qui permet de rayonner facilement dans le quartier et le centre d’Angers. Logement agréable et confortable. Bien équipé. Il nous a juste manqué un sèche-cheveux. Explications claires et précises avec les vidéos pour l’entrée dans le logement.

Appartement spacieux, confortable et très bien situé. Proche des parcs , du château et du centre ville. Nous avons tout fait à pied, c'était très chouette . Mais il y a les bus et le tram pas loin de l'appartement .
Nous n'avions pas de connexion internet, donc pas de tv. Nous avons été gênés par les mauvaises odeurs venant de la salle de bain. Tout ça a été pris en compte , la fibre va être installée et un plombier doit intervenir.
