La proximité de la mer, le cadre, un appartement chaleureux
La baignoire serait le petit bémol. Un réaménagement serait intéressant à étudier une douche pour un gain de place.

L’emplacement au calme et très proche de la plage.
Pas d’eau chaude durant tout le séjour. Impossible donc de se doucher!!! Pour récupérer les clés, il faut se rendre à Dives sur mer à quelques km de Houlgate, ce qui n’était pas mentionné dans l’annonce.

L'emplacement est très bien. Près d'un petit parc, de la plage et des commerces. Parking privé++. La literie est bonne. L'escalier pour atteindre la chambre est très étroit et très raide. La chambre du bas est bien. Il manque des ustensiles de cuisine comme économe que j'ai acheté et laissé, passoire à thé et quelques couverts. On a eu une invasion de fourmis dans la cuisine que j'ai signalée mais sans réponse
