In a charming, quiet, and secure private residence with a tennis court, ideally located near the town center and the beach, this comfortable 2-bedroom apartment (53 m²) is situated on the second and top floor. It offers an open view, free Wi-Fi, a 32-inch smart flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a private parking space.
South-facing exposure: Bright, spacious, and pleasant open-plan living and dining area with access to a balcony equipped with a table, four chairs, and a sun umbrella.
Open kitchen with bar, fully equipped with induction cooktop, oven/microwave, freezer, two coffee makers (standard and Senseo), and an electric kettle.
Sleeping areas:
One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm)
One bedroom with a bunk bed (2 single beds) and a double bed (140 cm)
Blackout shutters ensure complete darkness, should you wish.
Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Electric heating (radiant panels).
Available for your use: washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, and board games.
Check-in and check-out:
Welcoming is by appointment only, handled by a local contact person. You are required to call them one week before arrival to agree on an exact arrival time. Delays will be charged €50.
Check-out takes place between 9:00 and 11:00 am, also by appointment.

Please let us know in your message if you will bring your own bed linens and towels or if you wish to rent them.
