Location ok, but preferre Fanabe Alex was a great help, he waited for us and gave us the keys to the apartment and also drove us to Las Americas one day and also drove us to the airport

Lights in apartment are no good, especially in kitchen , and a very small and narrow kitchen. Coffemachine no good and far to big for such a small kitchen. In booking says toilettery in bathroom, but the hand soap was only for one day and mixed with water, 2 rl.toiletpaper, and there is no washing up liquid or soap for washing floors, and no garbage bags. We had to start to by all those things. Bed linien is getting very tired and sippers on pillow cases are broken.And there should be special towels for sunbeds. The sunbed on balcony was broken, and matresses dirty. Sorry, but that is our opinion, and we stayed there for 2 weeks. But unfortunatly the weather was bad at least half of our stay, and we had to spend more time in the apartment because of the weather .

The tv wasn't getting a signal but netflix and youtube were working & the kitchen area was a bit small if planning on making food.

Great Apartment, great location . Fantastic views . Very nice helpful host . All went very well , very good communication.

Only problem was the washing machine . Obviously had a fault , which I reported to our contact . He tried to find out if it was still under warranty, but it still wasn't sorted when we left . Didn't spoil our holiday at all , but handy to have a washer .
