Ev merkezi konumda, küçük ama her türlü ihtiyaca cevap veriyor. Balkonu gayet keyifli idi. Çok temiz olmasi ayrica önemli. Bir evde bulunabilecek tüm eşyalar vardı. (Fırın, çamaşır makinesi, ütü, ütü masası, ısıtıcı, vb) Banyoda ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her tür kozmetik eşya bulunuyordu. Ev sahibi yardımseverdi.
Tek söylenebilecek şey banyodaki lavabo çok küçüktü, kullanımı bu yuzden zordu.
