Evin konumu, içerisindeki imkanlar çok ince ve ayrıntılı düşünülmüştü. 2 yatak odası haricinde ayrı bir oda olması çok iyiydi. Kutu oyunları vardı. Çocuklu aileler için bu da düşünülmüş. Balkonları da kullanılır durumdaydı. Ev tertemizdi. Mutfakta büyüktü. Masa dahi vardı. Mısır patlatma makinesinden, tost makinesine kadar her şey vardı. Kahve, çay çeşitleri mevcuttu. Dolapta su ve mini peynir, tereyağ, reçel bile vardı.
Haritalı konum iletemedikleri için ilk buluşma kısmında biraz zorlandık. Hava çok soğuk olmadığı için idare ettik ama yatak odasında ısıtma için klima yoktu. Kış dönemi belki başka çözümleri vardır. Biz sormadık.
