Cozy, clean, convenient.
Loud music late in the night from behind the building. Also, having a building number visible from the street would be helpful as we had to walk around to make sure it was the right building.

location was great for access to LGA, and for walking to the US Open. It's a mostly Hispanic neighborhood and a few blocks away there are a lot of food options.
It's relatively minor, but because it's a converted attic space the walls are sloping and in the bathroom you have to kind of bend over to brush your teeth or go tot he bathroom.

The bed was excellent! Very comfortable! Good location for where we needed to go. Easy to get an Uber outside.
Not really a kitchen - no stove, no kettle to make a coffee or tea. No casual seating at alljust the table. Stairs are step but manageable.
