appartamento in semi interrato quindi ovviamente un po' buio ma con arredo gradevole e abbastanza funzionale. gli spazi sono come da foto, finiture un po' vecchiotte ma angolo cucina ben organizzato e frigo molto grande, il bagno invece ha lavandino molto piccolo e scomodo. doccia ok. letti non molto grandi ma come da previsione. secondo me in 4 si sta un po' scomodi per pranzi e cene, il posto va bene invece se ci si limita a dormire e poi si sta sempre in giro. posizione comoda rispetto a metro e principali siti di interesse, l'area (Corona) è abitata quasi solo da sudamericani, ed è abbastanza povero, ma ci siamo comunque sentiti sicuri. proprietario molto gentile e sollecito nei contatti, ma non l'abbiamo conosciuto

suggerisco di migliorare la pulizia, passando anche tutti i punti magari secondari (es. mensole, top del frigo, davanzali etc) ma che se rimangono polverosi sono sgradevoli. sarebbe utile anche ripitturare i muri. toglierei gli oggetti inutili come i fiori finti che occupano spazio prezioso e non valorizzano l'ambiente. Eviterei anche troppi profumatori che in un posto chiuso risultano pesanti.

Very close to city

The place supplied almost everything you could need, despite some of the appliances not working correctly. The location was the perfect distance to the train and the a/c helped during the heatwave. The owner was very helpful with directions after I got them officially. I never received an email or message giving the address and house code until I reached out to them.

The plumbing situation was unexpected and not taken well by the guests and myself. We didn't expect to be living in South Korea for a couple nights due to not being able to flush toilet paper. The hairdryer didn't work either and the remote to the TV had low batteries. I feel like the room refresher goes off way too often but does keep the room smelling nice. Finding parking was another rough problem but I half expected it due to being in the city.
