Uluwatu El Cotillo by Sea You There Fuerteventura

Priestranný Apartman s veľmi dobrou polohou. Po počiatočných problémoch s registráciou to všetko vyriešila milá Estefania. Boli sme tu 3 týždne, výborná posteľ, balkón, horná terasa, priestor, pre dvoch ľudí super. Parkovanie na ulici miesta je dosť.

Slabšie vybavená kuchyňa, niektoré veci chýbali a bolo by treba aj obmeniť . Veľmi nám chýbali lehátka na hornej terase, nevyužitý potenciál.

Nagyon szép tisztaság várt minket. Hangulatos és praktikus elrendezésű ingatlan ahol rögtön otthon éreztük magunkat. A bútorok ízlésesen voltak összeváltogatva, egységes volt az összkép. Imádtuk a kis teraszt reggel es este is!

A konyha felszereltségét említeném talán meg, nem volt sajtreszelő, fából készült vágódeszkát, meleg edény fogó ruha a sütőhöz…pár ilyen dolog hiányzott. Sajnos voltak bogarak. És néhány dolog renoválást igényel.( korlát, konyha szekrény, kád.)

Location - perfect Complex- lovely design to maximise privacy: beauitful views Communal areas / gardens / pool - immaculate. Property - quiet, plenty of room, lovely balcony

Few things need attention:- kitchen tap broken ( water spurting in all directions ) Need more pillows on bed - 1 each is not enough Door to terrace was broken - really difficult to open / shut Parasol on terrace was broken so unusable No sun loungers on terrace

The building location is perfect. Just a street separating from the beach; however, the beach is used to walk dogs and you may expect dog-poop everywhere. The view from the room was nice and there was a terras on the roof that added to the view. Nice place to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the pool, which often times was crowded with kids.

The building maintenance does not happen often and the corridors are full of sand. When someone cleans the floor, people leaving the swimming pool ran with wet feet and made a mess again. Although there are written house-rules in several languages, these are not followed by those renting the flats. In three weeks, we were offered clean sheets and towels only once. There was a washing machine upstairs and so, we took care of that. Lighting in the bathroom was poor, not a good place for a woman's makeup. Although El Cotillo is characterized by lots of wind, the appartement is located in a corner; hence not much natural cooling available. There is no airco nor a ceiling fan. The appartement is fully equipped but some of the appliances (capsule coffee-maker) for which we had purchased capsules was out of order. In three weeks the host did not make any attempt to fix it. Last but not least, communication with the host could have been better. Information was contradictory and the tone unfriendly.
