About this apartment rental
Newly renovated apartment, 50 meters on the ground floor, with direct access to the street, living room, has an equipped kitchen, flat screen TV, wifi. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, towels and a dryer are provided. The room has double beds and the possibility of a folding bed in the living room giving the property the appropriate bedding. It has a terrace.

The property is very comfortable and well equipped with plenty of room and a very comfortable bed.
The location is great, it is quiet but only a short walk to restaurants, bars and shops with the sea a short walk down the road. Free on street parking nearby was always available and it was often possible to park more or less outside the door.
El Cotillo is a great little town if you don't want a lot of night life and appreciate a more traditional place to stay rather than a big modern resort. It might seem to be a distance from other parts of the island but the roads are generally in excellent condition and often straight with light traffic so getting around is not a problem.
The quality of the restaurants in El Cotillo we ate in was very high and reasonably priced. Los Cazadores and La Vaca Azul were our favourites.
