Nice room, good location, friendly staff.

Nice rooms, lovely staff, great location

I was there for a week and would have loved to get clean towels after a few days. The staff told me that they usually don’t clean rooms during the stay because most people prefer privacy, which i can get on board with. But for seven days, it would have been nice to have my trash emptied and towels changed every 2/3 days.

Kind of noisy, but good location and staff was helpful.

Location was good for walking to local spots and Christmas Markets.

We are almost positive we had a rodent problem. We had an earbud go missing in the middle of the night and the location finder for it located it in the wall. We noticed a hole near the radiator.

Very very bad

I liked the big bed and the tv

I don’t like the huge pillows uncomfortable for sleeping, bathroom smelled like the sewers very unpleasant smell. The 1/4 of the radiator worked in the bedroom, the only thing that kinda saves us was the one in the bathroom but the space was very big to be able to make the room that hot so we had to sleep in two hoodies and two sweatpants. The fridge also didn’t work and when we told the stuff they told us they would deal with it in the morning but nothing was dealt with. Very unpleasant stay would avoid for sure.

Well-located, great deal

Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The location of this hotel is also just unbeatable, there's lots of stuff to do in very near vicinity. Especially during the wintertime, there were three large christmas markets within walking distance. We hardly heard any noise during our stay, the hotel was very pleasantly quiet even despite the clubs next-door. The furniture in our room was very nice as well, and the bathroom rather spacious. Would definitely recommend.

There is no room cleaning during your stay (not sure if this was just us), and the bedsheets have a bit of an old laundry odor. That's pretty much it as far as complaints go, though, so I think it's very fair for the price point.

Location is good.

Blinds were small, they didn't cover the entire window length! There was no enough soap/shampoo/shower gel, and we just spent one night there. Someone (drunk I assume) knocked at our bedroom door very early in the morning, it was a stressful situation.

For 210€ a night you should change the toilet paper roll The key/light box doesn’t work properly and the light keeps going off.

Ok location, can get a better accommodation somewhere else

Big beds, 247 staff.

Fridge didn't work, found trash under the beds, had to ask staff for toilet paper, shower was leaking, wifi didn't work, NO AIR CONDITION, staff was very unpleasant (don't speak english).

Never again

Staff did not help at all and was impolite. Wifi was not working. Staff (multiple persons) were not able to help, because they were busy on private phone calls with their girlfriends instead of working at the reception. Room should have been ready at 2pm according to their own email. It wasn't even ready at 3pm. Reception is supposed to be staffed 24/7 according to their email - it wasn't (of course). Shower didn't work properly.

Okay but not great

Hotel room was nice and comfortable, nice temperature inside the room and shower. Good location, everything I needed within walking distance.

The lady at the reception desk was quite bitchy during check-in. Very noisy at night in front of the hotel. The pillow was not of the best quality. A stay of one or two nights here is enough.

Schlimmstes Hotel, in dem ich je gebucht habe.

Nichts. Wir wurden vor die Tür gesetzt wegen einem angeblichen Rohrbruch. 2 mal am Tag waren wir schon da und wollten einchecken. Erst hieß es nein im Hotel sind noch Bauarbeiten seit über einer Woche 3h später hing ein Zettel dran mit Rohrbruch und Hotel geschlossen. Wir mussten das alles selbst mit Booking klären und denen war alles egal. Nie wieder buche ich dieses Hotel! Finger weg davon !

Unverschämt

Ohne Vorankündigung hing ein Schild am Eingang, das verkündete, dass das Hotel geschlossen sei und man sich um eine neue Unterkunft kümmern müsse.

Der Vorgang der kurzfristigen Stornierung ist unsinnig. Eine Stunde vor meiner Ankunft habe ich noch Nachrichten von der Unterkunft über meinen Aufenthalt erhalten.

emplacement idéal à côté d'un parking et d'une station métro. Restaurants, bars à proximité.

Les chambres sont confortables, sobrement équipées (lit 1m40 pour deux un peu à l'étroit). Bémol, une odeur difficile à situer. Mais franchement désagréable.

Check-in rapide. On a pu recevoir les clés en avance (3 chambres) afin de déposer nos bagages même si elles n'étaient pas encore toutes nettoyées. Parking à proximité Bon rapport / qualité prix Propreté ok. Garde de nuit devant l'établissement Idéal pour une ou deux nuits à Cologne

Chambres pas insonorisées, on entend les voisins. Quartier animé et bruyant la nuit. Prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles Pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre était propre mais la salle de bain pourrait être faite un peu plus en profondeur (calcaire, etc)

Der freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter , der am Nachmittag an der Rezeption war.

-dreckiges Bad, das von außen abschließbar war🤔🤔🤔 - defekte Heizung - Wasserkocher verkalkt und rostig - Bodenbelag direkt vor dem Fahrstuhl zerrissen -Loch in der Bettwäsche - Staubig in den Ecken und Dreckschicht unter dem Heizkörper ( direkt sichtbar) - Umgang mit den Mitarbeitenden vor den Gästen!!! war ganz und gar nicht professionell

Wir hatten zumindest ein Bett, tagsüber viel unterwegs.

Lage optimal, U-Bahn Friesenplatz ganz in der Nähe. Wir hatten ein Bett. Zimmerreinigung nur alle 2 Tage, aber das ist ja auch ok.

Suite: zwei durch einen Flur getrennte Zimmer, Föhn ging nicht, keine Zahnputzbecher, in dem kleineren Zimmer nicht mal eine Ablagefläche im Bad, Dusche na ja.., TV ging nur Netflix. Die email mit der Aufforderung: Wohnung ist besenrein zu verlassen und der Müll zu entsorgen.

Es muy cómodo. Si estás en Colonia para turistear, es ideal para llegar y dormir. Si lo que buscas es una experiencia más completa, este no es tu hotel. El personal 100/10, súper amables!:D

Está ubicado en una calle llena de clubes y antros entonces puede haber mucho ruido hasta las 7am, yo llegaba tan cansada que no me importaba pero a alguien con sueño ligero si le podría molestar.

Gutes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern

Das Hotel war gut gelegen und hatte gute Zimmer. Nichts besonders aber alles ok.

Die Rezeption war nicht immer besetzt und ich musste erst mal suchen, bis ich jemanden fand. Aber dann war alls gut.

Das war die schlimmste Erfahrung meines Lebens. Dieses Hotel ist absolut unsicher und sollte dringend gemieden werden.

Absolut gar nichts

Mein Aufenthalt im Diamonds Hotel war eine schockierende und gefährliche Erfahrung. Nachdem man mich lange warten ließ, weil das Zimmer angeblich noch gereinigt wurde, bekam ich schließlich ein Zimmer, in dem eine gebrauchte Rasierklinge in der Dusche lag, Essensreste und Fett auf dem Tisch waren, keine Seife vorhanden war und die Toilettenpapierrolle bereits zur Hälfte verbraucht war. Als ich den Besitzer auf diese Zustände hingewiesen habe, wurde ich beleidigt, hinausgeworfen und sogar körperlich angegriffen. Ich musste die Polizei rufen und mir auf eigene Kosten ein anderes Hotel suchen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen – unsicher und respektlos!

Buz dolabı konusunda hiç bir destek olunmadı. oda değişiklikliğii konusunda talepte bulunduk ilgilenmedi. Booking olarak sizede konuyu bildirdik sizde destek olmadınız. Aslında sizdende memnun kalmadık haberiniz olsun... En büyük ayıp sizin. WhatsApp hattı kuramadınız 2025 yılında ülkeler arası farklı numaraları aramak zorunda kalıp faturamıza ek ücret yansıttığınız için sizede teşekkürler Booking.
