Owner is a very nice and helpful person. Location of the property is also good. I would recommend this property to others, if you are looking for a peaceful stay and prefer cooking yourself then definitely go for this property else you can order food from outside.

This homestay is managed by two brothers and they take care to help you getting around Cherrapunji and the area. In the evening he made me food and tea to welcome me, people here are super friendly.

The neighboring guests were a bit loud at night and the walls/windows are not very sound proof.

Its around one kilometre from the main market of Sohra. Has bed, pillow, quilt and a clean bathroom with geyser. These, to me, are absolute essentials and therefore I'll say that this homestay is value for money. What is exceptional is Mr. Chamberly Majaw, the manager of this property. He is one of the most helpful people I met on this trip. He can help you plan, explore around etc. I am a solo female traveller and I found this homestay quite safe too. This place and the area also has decent sunrise and sunset views.

This place doesn't have fooding facility and there aren't many restaurants or eateries nearby. However, there's a kitchen - a stove and utensils, you can bring your stuff and cook your food. There is no WiFi, but network in the area isn't a problem. My network is of BSNL and yet it worked well in the area.
