Cleanly maintained, Wi-Fi was good… they have a to too… many grocery stores around. The location was good… they even have a full kitchen setup… which is very handy.
A heater in the room would be good as it could get pretty cold in Shillong.

The place was neat and clean. We also had access to kitchen space, which really helped.
The hosts are warm and helpful.
The locality is quiet and has shops of needs around.

Got the room clean and ready when checked in.
No toiletries, and no staff coming to check or ask for room cleaning. I stayed for 6 days and expected someone to ask for room cleaning. Location-wise, very quiet and the surrounding areas are also clean.

Harry went out of his way to help me with anything I needed. He was very kind, gracious, and thoughtful. He even arranged a tasty homemade breakfast that fit with my dietary restrictions. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. It was clean and comfortable with a kitchen I could use. And the location is near a market, gym, and two restaurants.
