    Room- a bit small but very clean (lovely bath tub) with very nice view of Sanosaka ski trails Location - perfect location with private ski in ski out, surrounding with beautiful scenery of Hakuba valley. However, traveling during winter time with snow conditions might be a bit hard to drive up to hotel ( 4WD car with winter is needed!!) Staffs - super friendly and helpful stuffs . Special thanks to Mai san and team for helping us to manage our car when it was stucking on the way to hotel due to icy road conditions ( heavily snow falling in that time). Very exceptional service!!! ❤️ Food- nice Sukiyaki and Shabu Shabu

    Firstly, we don't understand why the hotel adopted a 10-digit password doorlock instead of simply a key card. Secondly, I was not a fan of their western style breakfast which cost me 2500 yen extra. Third, you could enjoy the free onsen only before noon, or pay 5000yen for private use after. Notwithstanding the above, the staff were nice and helpful though it seemed to be short-staffed.
