About this house rental
A farm stay like no other! The future is the past and the past is the future with STEAMPUNK details that delight at every turn. Feed the goats, walk the trails, meet an alien. A complete apartment great for longer stays. Enjoy the imagined history of this 1825 farm house. Enjoy New England without spending days driving. Come visit a simpler time where nature is just outside your door and ET is sharing the kitchen. Cook s'mores fireside or say hi to "blue" our resident heron.
The space
The space is a full apartment, with a bedroom that sleeps 2 and a living room with a pull out couch that sleeps 2 more. Fully equipped kitchen. Full Bathroom
with tub. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Sun porch plus separate deck with wonderful views of the property.
In order to preserve water and offer a cost saving option I encourage my guests to bring their own sheets and towels. I can provide them for a fee of $20. Please let me know either way.
Guest access
This is a second floor walk up, with a full flight of stairs out side. We use two additional rooms upstairs as storage and a guest room, that are separated from unit with lockable doors.
Other things to note
In order to preserve water and offer a cost saving option I encourage my guests to bring their own sheets and towels. I can provide them for a fee of $20. (How is this a cost saving option??? The alternative is that I add this into the base price)Please let me know either way. Two Queen size beds.
If price is an issue for you, the Wizards Roost is a less expensive alternative.

The space was perfect for our stay. We needed a space to cook and sleep, but this little apartment would have been great for a longer stay. Very comfortable with a friendly host. Lots of interesting surprises to find throughout the place.

With no exaggeration, the coolest VRBO I've ever stayed at. The amount of detail the host put into the property is hard to overstate. My only regret is not booking enough time to enjoy the work he put into all this.

The theming was spot on and a delight! Plenty of things to keep us entertained on property and nearby. Much bigger than displayed in the photos.

First of all, exactly how pictured and even better in person. So much care and love was put into making this place amazing and enjoyable. My daughter and I had a blast checking out all cabinets, drawers, wall experiences and floor boards. Secondly, basic supplies are provided (ie sugar, coffee filters, S&P, etc) with the stay. What a difference that makes not having to bring or purchase a bunch of supplies for a short period. There are also paths around the property with a map you can follow to find surprises. Great property with so many extras provided.Had a blast and would recommend to any one with or without children!!!
