My daughter was competing in horse show, and this cottage was a wonderful place to stay, clean and comfortable. The contact person was punctual and kind and easy-going!

Guest house is comfortable and set-up well. We stayed here for family weekend at UConn. It was a great home base for us. We loved the driving the local roads back and forth. We did not use the kitchen but appreciated the extra space and to relax during a busy weekend.

Needed local accommodations for family wedding. We did not need to prepare food, just needed comfortable beds and clean bathrooms which we did find. Owner was responsive to any issues we ran into.

We were the first people to stay in the place. It was a nice little place, in a quiet rural area. It was close to what we were doing but he was nice to come back to a quiet place. The no contact check-in and check-out worked really well. We did not get to use the pool area, but it looked really nice. The owner was nice and communication was easy.
