Just 1 minute walk from metro line 13 and 10 minutes on foot from the Stade de France, my accommodation can host up to 4 guests, combining comfort, quality, and tranquility.

The apartment is on an elevated ground floor overlooking a secure courtyard and features a living room with an open kitchen and a bar table with 4 seats. The 18m2 living room is furnished with a high-quality sofa bed and a separate 15m2 bedroom with a queen size bed.

🧽 The end-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a reasonably clean state and clean the appliances after use.
