Be sure and read check in instructions prior to your arrival to obtain studio access.
Please be aware we do not provide daily housekeeping or provide additional toilet paper/ trash bags during your stay. We provide two rolls per bathroom and a two trash bags in kitchen.
Please prepare should you have extended stays.
Absolutely no 3rd party bookings. All pets must be disclosed at time of booking. Bathroom is elevated. Please see photos. Be prepared to step up into the bathroom. The shower has an overhead rain shower and is one step down. The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects most of Pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. Please no smoking inside studio.

Looked bigger in the picture. We're 70. The step up into the bathroom and in and out of the shower was dangerous, slippery, without grab bars but I guess I should have mentioned our age when we booked. We would not stay here again.
