This spacious home was originally built in 1925, and while it has been updated with fresh flooring, comfortable furnishings, and fun gaming features, it still carries the charm and personality of a 100+ year-old house.

Because of the home’s age and history, you may notice:
Slightly uneven floors in some areas

That said, we take pride in keeping the space clean, fresh, and comfortable, with newer laminate flooring and carpet throughout.

It is a completely separate unit with its own entrance
As with many older homes, some sound transfer is possible between levels.

Jeremy was an excellent host! House was perfect and all the games kept the kids busy. It was nice having washer and dry on site. The popcorn machine was a great touch.

We were in for one night, and the "game" theme was irrelevant to us- we just needed 3 bedrooms for adults. The house wasn't all dirty, but there were dirty spots. The dishwasher was full when we arrived (we didn't eat here, and didn't realize it until we were leaving), the coffee maker was dirty (there was a used k-cup in it, the pot was dirty, and even the reservoir had to be rinsed out), there was no creamer and a bag of sugar was soaked through so badly that the sugar stuck to the dry spoon. We were provided exactly one towel per guest, and none of the beds had top sheets. I hadn't considered it in advance, but there are very few very small mirrors which made getting ready a bit difficult. Otherwise, communication and check-in was very easy. They left a free first round of popcorn for the machine, and offered to leave more for a fee. A few people in our group questioned the neighborhood but it was, in fact, a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We needed the 3 bedrooms, which can be hard to find without booking a huge rental. We were surprised to find the queen room is actually a queen/twin bunk room. Based on the photos, we expected a small dining table, but there was none. Overall, it met our limited needs but there were a few things that clouded our opinion.
