Cretan Nature Villa with private heated pool & BBQ

Cretan nature villa is a wonderful countryside villa located in the picturesque village of Agia Triada. When the sun sets behind the mountaintops, the sun rays make a magnificent scenery.
Outdoor area:
Outdoor area will welcome you the moment you reach the house. A lovely garden full of beautiful roses and cozy tables and chairs provide a unique environment for relaxation and also enjoying the magnificent landscape! A private 3,5x5 m swimming pool (1,5m deep) will complete your relax scene, since the view you will enjoy will swimming is breathtaking. Also, in our outdoor area you will find a BBQ, built out of firebricks, with a large bench which includes a sink in order to prepare your own alfresco meal and practice yourself on traditional Cretan recipes!!

Ground floor:
Entering the villa from the main entrance you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a large renovated dinning table and a big buffet constructed in 1942. In the buffet you can see οld traditional dinnerware. Next to the kitchen a well organized bathroom is attached, with a big bath tub and a washing machine.

Lower floor:
Proceeding to the next room you will enter the old stone house that is completely reconstructed. At this level you can find a work area, a bunk bed that can accommodate up to two guests and a large living room. In the living room there is a 43 inch smart TV and two large sofas. One of the two sofas can accommodate two additional guests as it turns into a double bed.
First floor:
Reaching the first floor though a staircase you can find a spacious loft with a double king size bed. This bedroom is separated from the rest of the main space as it is surrounded by glass providing sound insulation and moments of privacy.
The unique benefits of the villa are:
• Panoramic view to the Cretan nature and Cretan sea!
• Quiet and peaceful moments under the shadow of an ancient olive tree. The olive tree is believed to be at least 150 years old. Although its exact age cannot be verified, this Olive Tree might be the oldest in the area.
• Totally isolated and surrounded by Nature you can feel as Cretan villager but at the same time you are just 12 minutes drive away from the heart of Rethymno town. Also, you can find a market in 3 kilometers, a gas station in 500 meters and a medical center in 6,6 kilometers
