The third bedroom features a sleeper sofa (140x190 cm). All bedrooms have a TV. The very spacious living-dining room opens directly onto the large covered terrace. In addition to the bathroom with a bathtub and shower, there is also a separate guest restroom. Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining area is a spacious storage room. A washing machine is located in the basement.
