About this house rental
The Ferienhaus-Pannier I is a wooden house in typical Danish construction. Via the small veranda you come directly into the house with an open kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge with freezer, as well as dishes for 6 people), the dining area and the living area. Here you will also find the stove, which provides cozy warmth on cooler days. There is also a small hallway, a shower room with window and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are constructed in the same way: a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a guest will lie on the wall side and a wardrobe. The smallest bedroom has two single beds (bunk bed! / 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. A travel cot can be placed in bedroom 1, but it will be a little tight. Bedroom 2 has its own TV.
When the weather is nice, you are welcome to use the fenced garden of over 1200sqm. It invites you to play, sunbathe and grill. There is a large lawn with individual trees, a terrace with furniture as well as a swing, slide and sandpit. Two free parking spaces are also available directly on the property. The size of the property is approx. 57.2 sqm.
The holiday home is available to guests for sole use including the large garden. Smoking is not permitted in the house, but there is a covered terrace.
If problems arise on site, our holiday home support is available.
The house is in a holiday home area.
With the free guest card, you get a 15% discount on the entry to the Wendland Therme. The swimming pool is about 500 m from the house. The guest card is ready for you on arrival.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft Pannier I in Gartow. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
In dem großen, eingezäunten Garten hätte unser Hund sehr viel Spaß gehabt. Der See ist fußläufig leicht zu erreichen und schön zum Spazierengehen.

Das Haus ist klein und rustikal eingerichtet.... für 6 Leute wäre es eine Zumutung, für 4 war es okay. Ein Manko...wie in der Beschreibung ausgewiesen gab es leider kein WLAN..noch nicht einmal ein Telefonnetz

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen in einer Ferienhausanlage .
Die parkmöglichkeiten sind absolut ausreichend auch für 3 Autos .
Das Haus selber ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man zum verweilen braucht .
ales in allem kann ich einen Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen !

Insgesamt war alles in Ordnung auch wenn das Ferienhaus seine besten Tage schon hinter sich hat.Leider war die Musikanlage kaputt und der überdimensionierte Fernseher ist überflüssig.Laut dem Gästebuch sind dort viele Gäste mit Hunden in der letzten Zeit gewesen , was für Allergiker natürlich nicht gut ist und daher eine Grundreinigung von Nöten ist.Insgesamt wie bereits gesagt alles in Ordnung , besonders die Umgebung hat uns auch im November bei Sonnenschein sehr gut gefallen.
