10/10 – Fabulous in every way.Every year I get my four family groups from various parts of the country together for a face-to-face reunion. We range in age from 15 to almost 80. Jen’s place was more than I could have hoped for to make for the PERFECT get together. We had places to gather both inside and outside. The separate living spaces, including living rooms and kitchens, gave everyone an opportunity for privacy and quiet time. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for cooking, eating, sleeping, and relaxing. We had everything we needed in the kitchens, games and outdoor equipment for recreation, great bedding, towels galore, and even comfy bathrobes. Other pluses - proximity to the airport, the light rail, the mall in Tuxwila, and parks and water. I could not have asked for anything better. It was truly an outstanding family vacation. Thank you Jen for letting us stay in your home.

The home was a perfect fit for our group of 11 (three couples and five children), especially with the two separate basement apartments—each complete with its own kitchen and living room. The layout provided plenty of space and privacy for everyone.We thoroughly enjoyed spending time outdoors in the backyard and on the patio. The beautiful weather made it even more pleasant to relax and gather outside.The main kitchen was well-stocked, and having essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and spices already available was a much-appreciated convenience.

Great house for our large family. Great location; close to Seattle as well as Tacoma where we visited frequently during our week stay! Loved access to the beach and the little coffee store near the beach!
The house was clean and supplied everything we needed to cook for the family, backyard with lots for the kids to do, and very comfortable beds. Loved the separate living areas for different family groups.. an awesome stay! Thank you!

We loved our stay and Jenn's place which accommodated five households and three generations of our family wonderfully.
The kitchen/dining area supported our cooking and large family events. Having the house's gathering places, (multiple living areas indoors and several back yard features), gave us room enough to gather or dispurse into smaller groups as needed during our week's stay.
The kitchen was well outfitted with equipment and dining ware to support the cooks of our family for several meals of 10 to 14 people. We only retreated to take-out and paper plates/cups for our last night for a pizza dinner.
Finally, the location is close to "downtown" Burien which was great for short fun outings or supplies and convenient to the airport for our large group's staggered arrivals and departures.
We all highly recommend Jenn's place; it's one of our best shared house experiences we've ever had.
