Overlooking Puget Sound and the snow-capped Olympic Mountain range, this unique Seattle Vacation Rental offers you plenty of privacy and your own private deck with Jacuzzi Hot Tub - all with panoramic views encompassing the Puget Sound waterways and the Olympic Mountain range.
Nestled in nature yet close to the city, you'll find all the comforts of home in this idyllic retreat. This vacation rental cottage is complete with a full kitchen, private bath, living/dining area, washer / dryer, and your own private deck with Jacuzzi Hot tub - all with panoramic views of the Puget Sound waterways and the Olympic Mountain range.

This scenic Three Tree point neighborhood is located South of Seattle, just a 15-minute drive to downtown Seattle, 8 minutes from Sea Tac airport, and minutes away from Three Tree Point Beach. Relax and enjoy peaceful seclusion located in a quiet neighborhood where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets, beach walks, and strolls near charming shops and restaurants. 15-20 minutes from Pike Place Market and the Seattle Center, 10 minutes from the sports stadiums, and a great location for day trips to the ocean or Mt. Rainier. Free covered parking, easy access to freeways and a better alternative than downtown traffic congestion and parking fees. Three Tree Point Store is minutes away where you can enjoy a specialty coffee or an evening glass of wine with local neighbors. A perfect location for day trips to the ocean or mountains and perfect for both business and pleasure travelers who prefer a peaceful cottage and Hot Tub all to themselves.
You may not want to leave this private hideaway, complete with Jacuzzi Hot Tub on your own private deck, beautifully landscaped gardens, soothing Koi pond. You'll find all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen inside and a gas barbecue grill outside - perfect for preparing your own dinner of fresh Northwest seafood. Soothing 'beachy' decor, with hardwood floors, subtle color schemes, and historic seafaring photographs. A seating area is made for lounging along with an indoor and outdoor dining area, plus a comfortable King Size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, bath products, hairdryer and plush robes.
Wake at your leisure and dine outside on a sunny deck and enjoy the soothing sound of the waterfall over the koi pond, then start your day off right with a relaxing soak in the Jacuzzi hot tub. Come and be pampered as our only guest in this idyllic retreat.
Olympic View Cottage has a list of other amenities which include Washer & Dryer, FREE WI FI, 42' Flat screen TV with Netflix, extra storage, a fully equipped kitchen and gas barbeque outside, plus Kuerig coffee maker with pods and complimentary coffees and variety of teas as well. Off-street covered parking, and many more amenities to make for a relaxing stay for our guests.
Olympic View Cottage is shared property and the host lives on the property adjacent to the cottage. However, everything you are offered is completely separate from the host. You are the only guest in the cottage, with a private entrance, hot tub and deck.
All of this overlooks the spectacular Puget Sound views.
The hot tub is on your own private deck. Hosts (Dave or Eileen) will need to enter the cottage once a day for hot tub maintenance. If guests decide not to leave for the day then we can provide instructions on how to maintain the hot tub with the appropriate chemicals. Hot tubs need to be maintained daily for cleanliness and sanitization. This is what we do for the health and safety for all our guests. Because we do this the hot tub has always been in working condition for current and future guests.
Every other day we change towels out, replenish coffee, and take the garbage out.
When we check our guests in there is a lot of information to go over and a lot for the guest to remember so we have it all documented in our “Guest Book” located in the cottage. You will also find information and menus on local restaurants, wineries, bars, and grocery stores.

We stayed for a week at this beautiful cottage overlooking Puget Sound. Eileen is a gem of an owner (her husband was gone for the week we were there). She was so helpful and friendly. The cottage itself is beautifully appointed, quality furnishings, bathroom, bed and deck. We ate breakfast every morning on the deck and usually ended the day in the hot tub or sitting on the deck. The views and sunsets are amazing!!

Dave and Ilene were wonderful hosts. We would highly recommend their cottage for your next stay. Everything was clean and in excellent condition for our visit. The views were incredible from the deck and hot tub. We felt we had good privacy and were left to enjoy it as if our own. The location was convenient to the City of Seattle and surrounding area. We were a short distance from the airport, but were not impacted by flight traffic at all. It was a quiet and peaceful place to relax. Thank you again!

This was such a serene place to unwind after a busy week in Seattle. The apartment itself was so pleasant, with an indoor and outdoor space and a beautiful view of the Sound. Enjoying the stunning sunset from the hot tub was the highlight of each day. Dave and Eileen were extremely attentive and available hosts who went above and beyond to make my stay great. All around excellent place to stay!
