Stay at our Elegant studio with a charming Juliet balcony located in the Upper East Side. This gorgeous boutique building is nestled near some of the best attractions the city has to offer. With unbeatable location - minutes from Central Park, Park Ave, and 5th Ave! Bloomingdale's is a block away, along with many trendy restaurants and shops! Enjoy dinner steps away at delicious restaurants such as Sushi Seki, and grab dessert at the famous Magnolia Bakery on your way home!
The Space:
This elegant studio features a modern setting with lots of space, high ceilings and natural sunlight! The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, a renovated modern bathroom, comfy bed, and all the essentials to make your stay in New York incredible!
The space is perfect for small groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to two (2) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!

The studio has one (1) bed and sleeps a total of 2 guests.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, complimentary essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, body lotion, toilet paper) and a hair dryer.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Additional kitchen amenities include toaster, knife set, drip coffee maker, utensils and cookware. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea to enjoy that morning breeze.
PARKING
There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.
OTHER AMENITIES
• The Studio comes with a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV for your streaming apps, High-Speed WiFi, basic cable TV, a nice Juliet balcony, shared washer and dryer.

• We have Smart TV with basic cable only. There are streaming apps available however, please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc.

A lovely property, a couple of blocks from the subway, , very comfortable bed, well furnished, easy wifi, noise control is pretty good. Multiple smudges, scratches throughout, in the hallways as well as the apt. Shower head in the bath has peeled painting. The large window doors were locked shut. Opening would have permitted of lovely, gentle breeze. A big (live) cockroach in the middle of the living room floor.

We loved our stay here! The room was perfect for a comfortable stay, just pick up your own groceries and necessities, then you’ll be fine! We had constant communication with the property staff and check in was seamless through the app. The neighborhood felt very safe, quiet, and is only a few blocks away from the subway. Would stay here again!

I came to nyc to celebrate my birthday for the weekend. To start off they took the 150 holding deposit before I arrived for check in, which I should’ve known was a red flag. Upon arrival I was sent the wrong location literally was directed to an old hotel which I was told is now a shelter. Reached out to property manager demanding the correct address as everyone we were directed to stated this bnb was well known for giving wrong location and scamming people. Eventually someone reached out as time went on with the correct address which was far off of the original one that was not only given to me but is posted on the page under this property. I never leave reviews but I felt that this was such an inconvenience for me and I could maybe help someone else! Its unfortunate because my boyfriend and I used the original address to plan our stay of things we would do and most importantly we prepaid for a parking garage that was 2 miles away. Overall I made the best of this trip, aside from the inconveniences in the beginning the property managers did constantly check on us to make sure things were okay. Place does look exactly how the pictures are and be mundful this is a peek out balcony not a step out lol
