The house has more than enough space to accommodate a comfortable escape for family or friends. The open living area will be the hub for group gatherings and movie nights. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I love the location and the spaciousness of the house; however, the house needs to be kept in great shape by regular repairs like painting, and replacing worn out furniture.
It has a lot of potential to be a 5 star rating with some attention to details.
Our family had a great time on South Beach, and we look forward to returning again.

Great selection of beds to fit our needs .Worked well for our group of tennis ladies House was well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked.. Needs paint and some electrical work for plugs that do not work. Nothing too critical but a few small things and this place would be a 5 star..

This home is situated in an ideal location. It is a quick walk to the beach and also the shops and restaurants at South Beach. The kitchen is well stocked and for the most part the home is in good condition. The unit could use updating and many of the walls are stained with water and mold. The rental company is also hard to reach and did not respond when multiple cockroaches were found in the upstairs bedrooms.
