The Beachside community offers so much fun to get into! Go bike riding or exploring on the boardwalk, spend the day fishing on a boat ride, or go swimming in the shared community pool. Not to mention, this house is within walking distance to Hilton Heads' local favorite restaurants and iconic attractions like the famous Sea Pines lighthouse.

The house has more than enough space to accommodate a comfortable escape for family or friends. The open living area will be the hub for group gatherings and movie nights. The full kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to show off your culinary skills, and everyone can take their pick of dining inside at the accommodating dining table or out on the balcony. Extra perks include high-speed WiFi for remote work, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning.

It has a lot of potential to be a 5 star rating with some attention to details. Our family had a great time on South Beach, and we look forward to returning again.

Great selection of beds to fit our needs .Worked well for our group of tennis ladies House was well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked.. Needs paint and some electrical work for plugs that do not work. Nothing too critical but a few small things and this place would be a 5 star..

This home is situated in an ideal location. It is a quick walk to the beach and also the shops and restaurants at South Beach. The kitchen is well stocked and for the most part the home is in good condition. The unit could use updating and many of the walls are stained with water and mold. The rental company is also hard to reach and did not respond when multiple cockroaches were found in the upstairs bedrooms.
